Remote Support Services
If you're having problems with your PC and need help, you've come to the right place! We offer a remote support service for both our local clients and those that are outside of our service area. Here's how it works:
- We log-in to
your system remotely (from the comfort of our offices) and help you fix the problem you're having. Many common uses of our remote service are:
- Spyware/Adware infections. (Advertisement pop-ups, fake anti-virus software, computer running slowly)
- Virus removal
- Driver updates / Driver issues
- Windows OS Updates
- Mac OS Updates
- Computer running slowly -- General clean up and suggestions
- Registry problems
- Windows settings & customization
- Diagnose hardware problems & recommend replacements
- Make sugestions for compatible upgrades
- and much more! We're open to questions and ready to help.
- What we can't do remotely:
- Replace hardware
- Troubleshoot some hardware issues (that we would physically need to be at the computer to do)
- Reinstall your OS. (We can help with drivers and software after your OS is running with an internet connection)
- We report to you with what we have found, fixed, or cleaned up and offer suggestions and helpful tips.
- We bill you hourly for the service @ $48/hr | We'll give you a time estimate before we start so you can determine if the service is within your budget. When it's time to pay, we accept online payments, as well as traditional payment methods such as checks & cold hard cash.
