You may not have known this... but MPA Computers builds, you guessed it, COMPUTERS!

As crazy as it may sound, we’ve found out recently that a lot of our awesome customers didn’t know we built awesome computers, custom tailored just to your needs.

MPA computers are made just for you, to fit just your needs! They are custom built from the ground up with exactly what you want in the system; unlike a boxed computer you get off the shelf, where you are forced to pay for whatever hardware or software is included in the system, regardless of if you want it. This is not only a good way save money, but it allows for a more flexible computer that is designed to do exactly what you need it to do. 3. We will help guide you through the process of selecting the components for new computer. We’ll find out what you’re looking to do with the computer and make recommendations based on your needs. The selection process will include both hardware and software needs.
4. If you decide to have the new system built, it will take 1-3 days to get your new computer ready for you!

High-Quality Parts

Our custom built computers are made with the best parts available, straight from our wholesale friends in Chicago, IL. Because of this, these systems often have a much longer life than standard consumer grade systems, and it’s no secret why (it has everything to do with the quality of the parts!) Another huge advantage of custom built systems is that the hardware is also “off-the-shelf”, meaning that if a part does go bad, it can be easily replaced. This is a sharp contrast to many store bought models, where warranties may force you to ship your system off and wait weeks for repair.

Warranty

Speaking of warranties, this is another area in which MPA custom builds have a huge advantage over store-bought models. As mentioned before, manufacturer warranties can force you to have repair work done only in certain places, which means going through the hassle of shipping your system to them, and hoping you get it back in a timely manner. All of our custom built computers have an in-house warranty, meaning if we need to do repair work under warranty, we do it right here in Bloomfield, IA. This means we can usually have your system back to you in no time, and if you have a quick question, we can even help remotely without ever needing to bring your system in!

Upgrading

Another advantage to our systems is the capacity for upgrading. Some store bought computers can’t be upgraded more (if at all) from what they are when purchased. MPA Custom Desktops come with plenty of room to upgrade, greatly increasing the life of the system, and allowing you to have the most up-to-date hardware in your system.

Competitive pricing on our desktops make them a great option when looking for a new desktop computer. Our price’s start at $499, and vary depending on hardware/software you choose to have installed. One misconception about custom built computers is that the price is far greater than those of store bought systems. This is just that, a misconception. Any specific software you’d like installed on your new MPA Custom Desktop? This can easily be done, whether you provide us with the software yourself or we have it ordered for you! Unlike the store bought boxed systems, our custom built desktops aren’t loaded with junk software and annoying trial versions of software you likely won’t use anyways. And, did we mention? You can have your custom built ready to go with the operating system of your choice, be it Windows 7, Vista, XP, or even Linux!
